Jennifer S. Weaver

As senior manager of tax services at RSM US LLP, Jennifer S. Weaver concentrates primarily on federal and state tax planning and compliance for corporations, flow-through entities and their owners in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, trucking and professional services industries. As an emerging leader within the firm, she is focused on company growth and developing talent within the tax team. A graduate of the STAR Success Series for high-performing women at RSM, she is now the STAR leader for its central Illinois offices and is passionate about supporting her female colleagues, serving as a career advisor and mentor to multiple staff members.

Weaver served on the Pediatric Resource Center Community Board for nearly six years, including stints as board secretary and treasurer, and she is a past co-chair of Hope for Kids, the organization’s largest fundraising event. A longtime volunteer for the Community Foundation of Central Illinois (CFCI), she serves on the Advisory Council for its Emerging Philanthropists Fund, helping to oversee the grant selection process and planning events to raise awareness of the program. She recently joined CFCI’s Audit and Finance Committee, and she is a past co-chair and current member of the Leadership Conference Committee for the Illinois CPA Society’s Central Chapter. She has also served the Heart of Illinois United Way for the past two years as a grant reviewer.

Weaver is active at Lincoln Elementary School in Morton, serving as treasurer of the Parent Teacher Organization and volunteering in her daughter’s classroom. She is also a board member and treasurer for American Heritage Girls, a national character and leadership development program, participating in troop activities and leading its fall fundraiser. She is a past board member of the Young Professionals Organization of Greater Peoria and a graduate of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership School and the Leadership Morton program.
