Our compassionate treatment team is comprised of many experts. It is our privilege to partner with individuals on their journey of healing. With numerous convenient locations in Peoria, Pekin,
East Peoria and Lincoln, we stand ready to serve our communities in central Illinois and beyond.

Deep Community Roots
UnityPlace was formed in early 2019 by joining the collective strengths of UnityPoint Health Behavioral Health, Human Service Center, and Tazwood Center for Wellness. Our team of experts is dedicated to meeting the behavioral health needs of individuals across the lifespan.

UnityPlace is committed to the delivery of comprehensive behavioral healthcare that promotes well-being that leads to a healthier and happier life.

Mental Health Services
Children and Adolescents—Supportive inpatient and outpatient mental wellness and psychiatric services to meet the emotional and behavioral challenges of children and adolescents.

Adults—Comprehensive mental wellness and psychiatric services are available in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient counseling settings for adults 18 and older.

Seniors—Compassionate inpatient mental wellness and psychiatric services provide support for mood or behavior changes in adults 65 and older.

Substance Use Disorder Services
Adults—A full continuum of care is available for substance use disorders for adults 18 and older, including medical
withdrawal management, inpatient, residential, outpatient, medication-assisted treatment, and DUI related services.
Pregnant women are given priority for services.

Adolescents—Structured education and group therapy sessions are focused on at-risk behaviors, healthy decision-making, and communication skills to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Behavioral Addiction Services
Adults—Outpatient and partial hospitalization services are available for behavioral addictions such as gambling,
gaming, binge eating and shopping.
