Giving children a childhood and future by protecting them, teaching them and healing them, and by building strong communities and loving families.
A healthy community where children and families come first.
Children’s Home is one of the oldest, largest, locally-based social service organizations in the Tri-County area. Our staff of over 400 professionals is committed to community-based, family-focused programs that provide counseling, education and support to more than 1,700 children and families each month. We serve children from newborns to young adults.
Children’s Home operates out of ten locations and works collaboratively within the community to meet new challenges. As a leader in our field, we are optimistic that better outcomes are always possible through education, therapy and intervention, foster care and community support. We remain dedicated to changing and saving the lives of the kids and families in our care.
How to Help
Children’s Home understands that all of us have to take care of the community we live and work in, and our efforts just wouldn’t be possible without your generosity and support. Community engagement—in whatever capacity an individual or organization is able to provide—is key to our success.
- Donations of your time or talents are always welcomed by our Volunteer Coordinator Bailey Christian. Whether it’s a gardening project, painting a room that needs some TLC, or mentoring a child in our care, our volunteers make a huge difference. You can reach her at (309) 687-7208 or email@example.com.
- Monetary donations give our budgets the boost they need and are always appreciated. Individual donations can be made online at chail.org/donate, or you can contact our office for a more customized plan to underwrite an event or project that especially interests you.
- In-kind donations are a huge blessing to so many of our clients. These include: hygiene products (shampoo, deodorant, soap) and new household items (dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies).
Contact Paige Dobson at (309) 687-7213 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
No matter how you want to make your impact, we encourage our community to get involved in raising up our community… one child at a time.
