At EP!C we enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

EP!C envisions a world where people with developmental disabilities are inspired, respected, engaged in community life, and empowered to achieve their personal best. EP!C envisions a world where families, guardians and advocates have the knowledge, resources and support they need to provide the best life for their loved ones with disabilities.

EP!C assists people in finding careers, learning new or retaining current life skills, and helps them build a strong foundation that will support them in reaching their personal best. In order for people with disabilities to leave the special classrooms and segregated work environments, we ask our community to help empower them and advocate for their place in our communities.

This last year EP!C expanded the number of counties we support from six to 12. This expansion was due to EP!C acquiring the services south of Interstate 80 for a national service provider. We now serve central and southern Illinois, making us one of the largest providers of services south of Chicago.

Volunteer Opportunities
We are honored to have thousands of volunteer-hours each year across our many programs. We are truly grateful to those who give of their time, talent and treasure to impact the lives of our individuals. We can accommodate volunteer groups from one to 100; we have a project need that can speak to anyone!

To learn more about volunteer opportunities, contact Carmen McCarthy at (309) 689-3606 or cmccarthy@epicci.org, or visit epicci.org/volunteer.

Hire EP!C
EP!C also has a strong job placement program where staff works with local employers to provide dedicated, efficient and reliable employees. Employing someone with a disability diversifies your workforce and allows the individual to feel valued and to live more independently. Become one of our 30+ business partners by contacting our Community Placement Coordinator, Kaitlin McVey, at kmcvey@epicci.org or (309) 689-3724.

For printing, mailing, assembly, packaging or distribution needs contact Katie Murphy at kmurphy@epicci.org or (309) 689-3715.

How to Help
EP!C relies on our philanthropic community to help continue our mission and positively impact the lives of our individuals each and every day. Much of our fundraising is done through our signature events and EP!C programs, including EP!Casso, our art program, and EP!C Harvest, our garden and greenhouse.

There are many ways to contribute financially through endowment funds, tributes, memorials, seasonal or year-round gifts, third-party fundraisers or cash donations. For more information, visit epicci.org/donate.
