First Fridays was created by the Central Illinois Artists Organization (CIAO) to give the community the opportunity to visit artist’s studios after normal business hours. First Fridays has grown so large that we have put all the resources in one place. Below are the links to the First Fridays websites of neighboring cities. Each city has different hours and activities that happen the First Friday of every month.

Join us for an exhibit of the imaginary, realist painter, Carrie Pearce. James Pearce will intrigue us with his wooden gears, screws, and functioning mechanisms, as he creates sculptural furniture.

With beautiful colors and full trails devoted to these amazing pieces of Art you can now create your own with us! The piece is 18" square and you will choose the colors you love (usually 3 or 4) and paint the board and 3D pieces in your own special pattern. Join us for this NEW and fun painting class!

On ZOOM we will paint a valentine with acrylic paints on watercolor paper. You can use this as a card to give someone, or put it in a frame to hang or give as a gift. Supply list and Zoom link will be sent after purchase, be sure to provide email address.
