Soulside Healing Arts’ 2nd Well Fest will be held January 9th and 10th. Virtual programs offered from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day include various styles of yoga and conversations on topics like herbal medicine, black mental health, and intuitive eating.
A panel titled Collective Trauma and How to Heal will be held from 3-4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 10th and will address how today’s experiences of heightened and chronic trauma manifest in someone’s life, body, and outlook. Panelists include:

Soulside works to decrease barriers to healing, health, and happiness through pay-as-you-can classes. Well Fest raises funds for the Community Yoga Corps, a program bringing trauma-informed mindfulness practices to social services agencies and schools.
