For the first time the Attorneys General from Illinois, Nevada, and Virginia will gather (virtually) to discuss their case, Virginia v Ferriero. The discussion will focus on why they've brought the case and what changes in the future when the 28th Amendment (Equal Rights) is enforceable. Panelists include Attorneys General Aaron Ford (Nevada), Mark Herring (Virginia) and Kwame Raoul (Illinois), Deputy Solicitor General Michelle Kallen (Virginia) and Linda Coberly (Winston & Strawn LLP) who will be moderator.
