Michelle Gray

In 1988, Michelle graduated with honors from Illinois State University with a degree in Visual Communications. While finishing up classes for graduation, she worked as a designer for the Marketing Department at The Pantagraph newspaper in Bloomington. In the summer of 1989, Michelle moved to Washington and began work at Dynamic Graphics in their Marketing Department. A year later, Michelle began to illustrate (clip-art) for Dynamic Graphics as a freelancer, while still designing full-time during the day. After ten years at Dynamic Graphics, Michelle began her career as a freelance illustrator and designer to be at home to raise her two children. From 1999 to 2007, Michelle illustrated for many local companies and sold her artwork on national websites. As her children grew older and began their school years, Michelle came back to the office and joined CIBP as Art Director in 2007.
