At Advanced Technology Services (ATS), Judson Swan serves as Global Service Delivery Manager for a Fortune 100 customer's Global IT Service Desk, a 24/7/365 operation supporting seven languages across the globe. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that two U.S.-based service centers, as well as centers in Singapore and Portugal, meet the operational requirements of the customer. He oversees a team of more than 100 individuals; manages international relationships for operations supporting the Asia-Pacific, Europe-Africa-Middle East, Brazil and Latin America regions; and is responsible for all global metric and quality control analysis.

In the course of his seven years with ATS, Swan has been involved in the startup and implementation of multiple new customer projects and startups, including the service desk he now oversees—a two-year project that required extensive travel. An active change leader, he is responsible for maintaining and developing critical relationships within the customer's environment, as well as leading continuous improvement efforts with both the customer and ATS.

Swan was recently selected to be a member of ATS’ internal LEAD program, a highly selective leadership journey that gives participants the opportunity to Learn, Evolve, Act and Deliver. He was also the recipient of the U.S. Defense Department’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Extraordinary Employer Support Award for his support of active-duty military members in the workforce.

A longtime supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Swan has participated in the Memphis to Peoria St. Jude Run for seven years, volunteering and advocating year-round for the organization. He serves as a race director for Farmdale Trail Runs, which consists of five running events over the course of three days, drawing participants from across the U.S. He has been a volunteer for the East Peoria Festival of Lights since he was a child, and has given his time and service to the United Way, Easterseals and numerous political campaigns. iBi
