Haake orchestrated planning efforts for a celebration event to honor RLI’s 50th anniversary, and was a key member of the team that developed a number of new underwriter development programs. In addition, her recognition of the need to broaden employee training efforts to branch offices ultimately led to upgraded technology in the RLI Learning Center.
