For a dozen years, the award-winning Penguin Project has given children with special needs an opportunity to let their creative talents shine on stage. Their January performance of Singin’ in the Rain, Jr. at Eastlight Theatre was another moving triumph, making a special impact on the young artists, their mentors and parents, and the audience at large—a sense of family that links them all together in spirit.
